New Stories

Colby,

Two new stories and one old story I thought were worthy of sharing:
  • New story - Yesterday we got a packaged delivered in bubble wrap.  You giggleg and smiled while running in place popping every bubble you could.  I will try to post the video later.
  • New story - On Sunday I gave you a piece of dark chocolate...not the brightest of ideas considering it was not in a wrapper (you ended up looking like a hobo!).  Here is the evidence:
  • Old story - Thinking back to an older story that I want to put up here.  It was just before Christmas of 2010.  We were in the basement in your play area.  All of a sudden you went over by the couch.  I went in there to check on you but you were busy working on a #2.  You made it clear that you were to be left alone as you flailed your arm for me to GO AWAY while you maintained a grip with your other arm.  Sorry I interrupted.  :)
You are really growing up so fast!

Love you,
Dad

Welcome Home!

Colby,

Today (11.11.11), I came home from work and got the best greeting from you.  You shouted "dad," screamed, and then ran to give me a big hug!  It truly made my day.

Later, we were playing with your Thomas the Train match cards.  You could name nearly all of them.  I was so impressed.

A picture from a few weeks ago where you are learning about static electricity.  :)

Thank you Colby,
Dad

Ps:  Your mother had a good story.  Apparently Wrigley had some gagging belches today and you started making the same gagging noise back at her.
